Favorite Doggy Breed...

I've been wondering... what's your favorite dog breed? Mine's-- I can't decide... whether I like a Corgi... or a Golden Retriver.

I love Corgis... but Golden Retrivers are adorable! :-)

Hi Amy!

We have a german shepherd and he is a very good dog. Two other types of breeds I think I would like are Burmese Mountain dog and Greyhound.

Mine will have to be the Boxer, then the Shepards. I've grown-up with both. Dogs are my favorite animal, I like them all...

I am on my second mini dachshund. They are very cuddley and love to sit on your lap.

My favorite breed of dog would have to be the Toy Poodle, only because I have not owned many different breeds. We have a Lab mix and I love her, but would not want another. :)

Emma's favorite is a Toy Poodle. ;)

Golden Retrievers

Goldens are lovely dogs and I love Goldie. But they shed non-stop! They don't have a shedding season - they just drop hair here and there all the time. And Goldie has a very strong doggie smell. I don't know if it's her or the breed.

I want a shed-free dog (poodle) or short haired dog next. I'm tired of dog hair!

I love Irish Wolfhounds but have never had one to say if they are good pets or not.

I've been lucky to have some special dogs in my life, but my favorite purebred were my Samoyeds. Temperament I liked and lots of 'wool' to spin. My current beloved, though, is a spaniel cross and I just became the person of a Labrador puppy.
