A fresh start

Well after a stressful week at school and a week of eating processed, not so good for you food, I think I am ready to get it together and get moving to a healthier lifestyle for me and my family. I just don't feel good when I eat like that and I know that in order to get back on track I need to plan. So tomorrow I am going to get this house organized and clean and make out a list of meals for the week using as many whole foods as I can (time permitting though since I am always on the go). I found these great organic sliced, packaged apples at costco, they are really good and certified organic. Anyone had these before? Not that I can't take 2 seconds to slice and apple, or eat a whole one but my husband likes to take them in his lunch and anything I can do to get him eating more whole foods is good by me!

If anyone has any quick but healthy/organic food ideas please let me know! Thanks for listening to me babble!
