Baking fun with my son!

While my 5 year old daughter, Izzy, is away at her dad's for a week, my 3 year old, Dusty, gets to take over the cooking duties........okay....well..... the "pouring and stirring" duties anyways. LOL!

I get everything done that I can while the baby sleeps, which also means preparing dinner at lunch time (since baby Sam has his "up" time from 4pm to 10pm). So today I threw together a tater tot casserole, and while that was baking, Dusty and I mixed up some sugar cookies!! (I got the recipe off of hillbillyhousewife.com).

And here they are! They are soooo good and soooo cheap and easy to make! My 3 favorite words.....cheap, easy, and good

Gee, can you post your recipe for tator tot casserole? I keep hearing about it, but no idea what it is!!
