• Wednesday, May 9, 2007 - Allergies, Allergies go away come again another day!

Good afternoon bloggers!  I have had a good few days. Which I am def. thankful for. So lets see, Monday my dad was home due to the weather so he and my mom built the rest of the goat fence. I slept in late (oops) then I got up, did some chores and made macoroni and cheese for lunch. From scratch, mind you. Then I also made some brownies. Our oven has been a bit off lately, so I had to bake them from an extra 10 minutes and probably could have gone longer. Then I did more chores and sat for a bit. My parents finished the fence. And I made dinner. I had planned on making twice baked potatoes, but it didnt happen that way. So we ened up with green beans, BBQ pork and some sliced bread my mom had made. Not the best meal but I was so hot and so frustrated after my potatoes didnt turn out! Yesterday I slept in, but I had taken two allergy pills so they knocked me out. When I got up I went to make myself breakfast and I kept hearing meowing, I first thought it was coming from the newly born kittens, but there was no way they could be that loud after a few days. So I told my mom we should go to the attic, and we got up there and found 2 kittens! We had thought our cat, Dirty Harry,had lost hers, but we found em! My mom had to crawl across the floorboards and pick them all up. It was def. a sight to see, because she was laughing the whole time.  Then as she was coming back I saw another little head pop up and there were two more kittens. We brought them outside to their mama. Now DJ, who just had babies, thought they were hers and layed down for them to feed on her. I have never seen a cat or any other animal do this. We also have a cat, BJ, whose kittens are about two weeks old, who has taken DJ's kittens as her own. Its very strange. And a bit confusing too, right? My mom took some pictures of me and my belly...here they are   This is me and my man Bob. :) Then mom and I ate dinner and watched our show Reba.  After it cooled off some we planted flowers. A task Im happy we finally got too. This morning I woke up(bright and early) and planted the rest. I hope everyone is having a good day!

Allergies... I have them and they can be really annoying at times! Kittens, how fun! We use to have kittens quite often, at one time we even had 18 kittens! I think we had four momma cats then. Now, we only have a couple cats and they are males. Enjoy your kitties! Nice seeing pictures of you with your baby! :) You have beautiful hair!! You will love to look at these in the years too come. I can only find two.....yes two photos of me when I was pregnant with my daughter. Where in Idaho did you live?
