This is a variation of the Bacon n egg pie I posted hereDo just the same as for the bacon n egg pie. - except omit bacon, add a bit of salt.
Cook the sausages first - then cut I cut chunky as serving to men & they seem to like BIG hunks - same as the whole egg. We got a beef meat pack & the sausages are not one of our favourites - so a good way to use up unwanted or left over sausages.
Before cooking -
All cooked - I wrapped it up in tin foil & sent it with the guys as they went to the stock cars last night. I made for James meat patties & a loaf of bread he could eat - bottles of water, chippies & watermelon. Sure is cheaper way to feed the blokes than them buying food.
