2 cups flour4 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar (I like to use caster sugar)
Sieve dry ingredients.
Fold in 1 1/2 cups blueberries - girls used fresh but frozen is fine. Getting the flour on berries helps them not sink to bottom.
100 grams butter melted
1 cup milk
1 egg
beat wet ingredients.
Make a well in dry ingredients, add wet ingredients & gently fold - don't over mix muffins.
Put in well greased muffin trays.
Bake at 220C for 12 - 15 minutes.
