Oh how I enjoy not having to rush out everyday. Today is the only day I am at home all day this week.
Cameron is meant to be coming today, as Catherine is unwell – but so is Abbey – so I’ll have to ring & see if Catherine wants Cameron exposed to our goobies.
Poor old Abbey has had quite a sick year of viruses – normally she keeps real healthy. I keep having niggly thoughts we have to look more seriously at food allergies for her also.
James & I went & did her babysitting job yesterday afternoon – I really wasn’t organised enough & it was quite a rush to get animals & cattery done. I left a curry cooking on stovetop for Abbey to watch & finish & we ate when we got home about 7.30pm.
James enjoyed looking after the boys. The boys liked playing with James & the stories he read them.. James liked getting paid too! – We went halves on James insistence.
The boys are 4 & 5 years old –gosh it has just flown by since our kids were that age – you soon forget.
So today’s plan is:
Washing & changing of beds. – Mmm nothing nicer getting in bed to clean sheets that have hung on the line.
Ironing
Vacuum, dust
Move the kittens & cats around – The twins & their two kittens can come inside – I have 14, 6 & 7 week old kittens that need more room to play so they will move out of bathroom pen into cattery. I always do a heavy clean of cattery & bathroom when I move kittens/cats around so this will take me a good 21/2 – 3 hours – of course I can’t help but play with the kittens – they also need worming & nails clipped. I’ll take a few photos & add here tomorrow morning computer time.
And My big piles of dirt to play in – I am itching to get this moved but need to discipline myself – I have other things to do first before I play.
Brent will try & get home on time tonight – he has worked late last few nights & had takeaways so he will be hanging out for vegetables. He said he will help tonight move my dirt. FUN!!!

Caro with her litter,we always have a litter of kittens in our home!
Some of our Sheep & this years lambs; won’t tell you which are going in pot
