James had a friend stay last night who doesn't like or eat vegetables.....So I cooked lamb chops, hot chips (wouldn't normally serve chips but know Todd will eat them) and a salad for our family.
Pudding was in order.
So I stewed up some apples
Got out a pre-rolled pastry sheet - cut it into 6 and popped on an oven tray at med oven temp until the pastry puffed up & browned - don't prick the pastry and they blow up like little pillows.
Whip some cream and serve with stewed apple sprinkled with brown sugar & cinammon and a pastry pillow or two as we call them in our home.
Fast pudding!
Two of our cats enjoyed licking the cream spoon.
