This is my last post here on this site. After posting yesterday that I was going to take a bit of a blogging break, I have decided to quit blogging altogether. I have blogged for almost 4 years at various sites and I was convicted of the fact yesterday that I need to be spending more time interacting with my family and real-life friends. So, I am returning back home to those people that REALLY matter to me. My daughter will graduate high school in 4 very short years and I need to be talking with her instead of blogging for people that I don't even know. My son will become a teenager next month and I need to spend time with him as he becomes a young man instead of surfing the net.
My job requires that I use a computer, but that is all I intend to use it for most of the time. I love the easy access of the Internet and the ability to find information easily, but blogging has just lost its charm. I will have this blog removed eventually, but didn't want it to just disappear without explaining what was going on. Not that it probably it matters to most people reading this - LOL! I wish you all the best and thank you for reading - not sure that I really contributed anything special, but blogging was a fun way to meet some neat people.

Blessings on your day ... Kris

Thank you so much, for your help. I'm sure you don't remember me, but you helped me to realize that there are good people on here. My first email was someone telling me," moms who work were not wanted here" . I do understand you wanting to go because of family. I do wish you well, and Thank you for all you have helped me with.
Forever a friend unseen, but a true friend, never the less....Thanks again....Sherry

I do understand Kris ,send blessings to you as you fulfill the desires of your heart. I have let go of lots of things at this season in my life to cultivate others. Family is very important. I appreciate you and your encouragement when I asked about my blog for help. You got back with me quick and lovingly gave your time and inspiration. I almost quit due to no knowledge of how to do it. I taught myself by your inspiration. Thanks for all you have done, are doing and will do. You are Valuable and loved by many. Blessings always, rilda *U*

Dear Kris,
I will miss your blog also, but I completely understand how you feel. I'm only able to post entries to my blog occasionally, as time allows. You've been a true inspiration. Thank you.
Peace and blessings, Kim

You certainly will be missed here in blog land! Thank you for all the information and support you have offered over the years. It was great to get to meet you last year - a friendship started over the blog that I hope will continue outside of it! But I totally understand your decision and it is a brave one! (((HUGS)))

I found this link...
http://www.business-opportunities.biz/projects/how-much-is-your-blog-worth/
Apparently yours is worth over $35,000! But really, your blog is only worth the time and attention you want to apply to it. YES, we all do meet some wonderful people using the internet, and it can sometimes be fulfilling to blog and share helpful info to others; but if it costing you time and attention away from your priorities of family, friends and God, then it is NOT worth it. I am sure there will be many who will miss you blogging (Even me, and I am your sister and can call you anytime!) but only you know what is best for YOU. We all appreciate your willingness to share your life with us, Kris, and will surely miss you daily! HUGS and Love, Niki

Hi Kris. It's Suzanne. I hope that you are doing well - I miss chatting with you. Take care and have a great week!
I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, a mom to two wonderful teens, and a daughter of the King. My
current focus is on becoming a better homemaker and caretaker of my home and family. You'll usually find my nose
in a book and I am currently making my first quilt. I love making new friends and comments are always welcome!
