We also have a lovely bedding set as well. It's been on the bed for several years and looks as good as new. I have lots of pillows and cushions on the bed. A friend was looking at it one day (and I saw she got some ideas from my bedding set as she had a nice matching set when I was at their house next time) and she asked where all the pillows go at night when we go to bed. I pointed to a space on the floor near the wall and said "there"!!

To change the look a bit on my bedding, I make some new covers for the throw pillows I put on my bed. I have also made a few small sacets, that also have rice to heat and use as a heat pack, they are cute little accents for my bed, and nice litte heatting pads for my feet in the winter, or my back on bad days.

I had dreamed of a new look for several years for our bedroom. I finally found it and blogged about it around Christmas I think. There's a picture of the bedding there. It will last a lifetime. I love it. Now I need to get up the nerve to paint the walls in there.
