Because I got back into town too late yesterday to do my rebate shopping, I am posting my savings today! Here’s the rundown:
CVS - 1st purchase
Total Retail: $170.31
Sale Price: $82.31
After paying with coupons and ECB’s, I only paid $.34 out of pocket!!
Earned ECB’s and rebates: $42.98
My receipt says that “Today you saved $169.97.”
CVS - 1st purchase
Total Retail: $145.96
Sale Price: $72.98
After paying with coupons and ECB’s, I only paid $9.00 out of pocket!! I forgot that I had my gift card from last week’s prescription transfer or I would have used it and paid nothing today!
My receipt says that “Today you saved $137.96.”
Walgreens
Total Retail: around $100
Sale Price: $33.71
After coupons, I only paid $12.44 out of pocket!!
Earned rebates: $5.00
My receipt says that my “Total Savings is $101.17.” Honestly, I can’t get the math to work that out, but that’s what it says!
So, today I paid $21.78 out of pocket on $416.27 worth of merchandise and earned $47.98 back in rebates/ECBs … I think this is the best rebate shopping day that I have ever had! That makes me feel ….
