Been busy, busy, busy... oh by the way... did I mention busy? BTW Thanks for all of your replies on my past posts! Just started my kids back on their lessons. We have been off and on... off and on with lessons since our move from Baton Rouge. ( well, been busy with a new baby too... go fig) Have some of you kind ladies taken some of hill billy house wife recipes? Wow, some are just wonderful! Some tried and ugh... but on the most part. I do like them. Had lunch with daddy-o today. We also fed the sharks (aka fish in the small pond where my hubby works at) They (fish) attack anything that goes into the water and I do mean everything! They will actually jump out and grab your finger if you wiggle it close enough to the water's edge! It reminds me of the geese out in Baton Rouge where hubby worked out. Anyone with a sack lunch was fair game! The funny thing is. They were not rude either, they would wait their turn for you to throw something their way. Noisy suckers too! Going to try to can somemore peaches Friday. I HAVE to do them. I just pray they are still good.  Weather has been wonderful here. Nice and cool. The door was open, the flies came in to stay... etc, etc, etc. Sorry. don't feel much like talkn today. Guess 'm tired. Anyway, that has been my day. |
