Sunday was a wonderful family day. We started our day off by attending Sunday school, which was so much fun because we were all able to tell stories of things that have happened to us and alot were funny. Next we went on to church services where Pastor Chuck then got up on his "soapbox" and taught a very imformative and fun service. The services were held at Grace Community Church (GCC) in Millbrook. From there we all went out for mexican food where we were seated and recieved service immediately ( amazing ). The food was great. Next we drove off to go shopping. I did'nt find anything I was in desperate need of but mom found a couple of things. Ms. I'm 9 going on 20 found a mirror she purchased but Ms. Little Bit and Mr. Soldier Boy did'nt see anything they really wanted. And then off we went homeward bound so the children could swim and we could bake something for the potluck at GCC later that evening. We made Pumpkin pie and Pistachio salad. We all got ready and headed out the door to GCC once again. We arrived a few minutes early so I let the children play on the playground while the adults set everything up. The food was amazing and the conversations were stimulating. Then it was time to shuffle the kids off to a room to watch movies and play while the adults got down to business. We were seperated into smaller groups to discuss the surveys, we were given at church services, on a five year plan for GCC. After awhile we discussed the results in a large group. There were alot of opinions, some good, some bad and some people thought their ideas were the only ones that were correct, and alot of discussion. There were so much to say and discuss that we finally just had to get the children and leave so we could get home and put them to bed. It was a Wonderful Sunday!
