~7 pints huckleberry jelly
~12 quarts bread and butter pickles
~16 pints enchilada sauce
~11 quarts spaghetti sauce
~7 pints strawberry jelly
~4 quarts venison stew meat
~14 quarts chili
~6 1/2 gallons apple pear juice
~8 quarts carmel spice apple butter (used as applesauce too)
~8 1/2 pints cold syrup
