Just a quick update

Just wanted to update you on Wesley. He is doing so good. He is such a little trooper. The nurses are all very amazed at how well he takes things. Today they pulled out the drain tube that was in his stomach. It was inside him about 6inches. He dident even cry. The nurse said that he is the first patient that she has pulled a drain tube out of that didn't scream. I am so proud of him. The only thing that he is struggling with right now is being thirsty. We (the nurse and I ) took him for a little walk yesterday. She thought it would be nice to take him to see the fountain they have here. We walked there and as we looked at it he started to cry. I asked him what was wrong and he said " the water makes me think of how thirsty I am." It was so sad, but cute at the same time.

I want to say a big thank you to all of you who have been praying. Our God is a mighty God. He is faithful to hear the prayers of his children. I really appreciate you taking the time to think of Wesley.

I will update you soon.

Bless his heart....he didn't even cry. He is so brave. And the waster fountain making him thirsty is breaking my heart and making me giggle at the same time. Thanks for the update. I hope he is doing better soon and able to come home.

Keep us updated. I will keep praying!!!

God's Blessings,
Amy Jo
