Here are some of the recipe's for the goodies I posted pictures of.

Foolproof dark chocolate fudge

3 Cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can (or 14 oz if you make it) sweetened condensed milk

Dash of salt

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Line square pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. In medium, heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spread into prepared pan. Refridgerate 2 hours or untill firm. Use foil to lift fudge from pan. Peel off foil. Cut into squares.

Peanut butter blossoms

1 3/4 c flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 c butter

1/2 c peanut butter

1 egg

2 Tbsp milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 c sugar

1 bag herseys kisses

Mix butter and sugars till creamy. Add egg, peanut butter, milk and vanilla. Mix. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into 1" balls. Roll balls in sugar then place on cookie sheet. Do not flatten. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Remove from cookie sheet and place on cooling rack. Place one kiss in middle of each cookie. Let cool completely before moving.

Peanut butter almond bark crackers.

2 packages ritz crackers.

peanut butter

six squares white almond bark

Make a sandwich with the ritz crackers and the peanut butter. Melt almond bark. Dip each sandwich in the almond bark. Place on wax paper to cool.

Spritz cookies

3 1/2 c flour

1 tsp baking powderr

1 1/2 c butter

1 c sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp almond extract

Mix butter and sugar till creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract. Beat well. Add flour and baking powder. Combine well. Put dough in cookie press and force through onto an ungresed cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 7-8 min. Cool on rack.

Peanut butter balls

1/2 lb butter - soft

2 c peanut butter

1 1/2 lb powdered sugar

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 large hershey bar

1/4 bar of parafin

Mix butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Roll into 1" balls. Chill balls in refridgerator.

Melt chocolate chips, chocolate bar and parafin in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate mixture using toothpicks. Place on wax paper. Chill.

Fudge Recipe

Hey,wanted to let you know that somebody on her posted a recipe for sweet condensed milk (cream).i wanted to share it with you. I was like them and thought I had some in pantry ,and I didn't I was out. Maybe we want need to buy it anymore. LOL
3/4 cup powdered milk, 3/4 cup sugar ,place in blender and while blending slowly add 1/2 cup of hot water ,blend til smooth. Yeilds one can of purchased (15-16 oz) can .How nice to make your own !!!!! This is was a wonderful gift to share with others ,have a great day ,Shaune
