Yep, I am still here....

I had a few minutes here so I thought I would give a quick update. The shop is going well. Very busy.

I have been busy with gardening and canning. I have canned quite a bit the last week.

14 quarts of dill pickles

11 pints of beet relish (sooo yummy!)

5 quarts of pickled beets

7 pints huckleberry jelly

12 quarts bread and butter pickles

28 quarts green beans

I also have beet juice saved to make beet jelly. I should be doing carrots in a week or so. The garden has done very well this year. I have really been enjoying it.

Have to go for now. I hope everyone is well and enjoying this time of year.
