I think the bottom line is that parents should be the primary teachers in a child's life and shouldn't put all the responsibility on the schools or churches. While churches may agree with this from the pulpit, their ministries usually don't follow this...and not enough churches are equipping the parents to actually do it. Reaching unsaved children and youth in the community is a different challenge in itself.
