I bought this book a while ago expecting to read it. I read the preface but that was as far as I got. I got the study guide too, but I've misplaced it. *sigh* But I'm going to start reading through the book anyway and I'll do the study once I find it. If you've read the book already I'd love to hear your thoughts. I think I really need to change things. I'll be the first to admit that a meek and quiet spirit does not describe my homeschooling. Words like frustrating, stressful and tiring are what I would choose instead. I've heard a lot of good things about this book so I wanted to get it and read it for myself. This along with some serious prayer and diving into the Word is sure to make a big difference in my grumpy and frustrated approach to homeschooling. I love homeschooling and I know that Boo is doing well, but I also know that it can be so much better!
As for Boo? I think a meek and quiet spirit in his mama will have a positive effect on him too.
