Reading - Just As I Am, The Autobiography of Billy Graham (one day I'll finish it), The Complete Tightwad Gazette by Amy Dacyczyn (still), Psalms 50-55, Proverbs 5
Studying - Genesis Chapter 39, Acts Chapter 3
Thinking - Praise God it's FRIDAY!!!!
Listening - Quiet!! Wait... ...boy...quiet...must go check on him!
Drinking - My third cuppa coffee.
Teaching - II Chron. 7:14; spelling list 7; reviewing and writing days & months; reviewing measurements, 9 family addition and subration, fractions 1/2 and 1/4; sign language and Mayflower history.
Making - Christmas cards to sell, crocheting and sewing gifts, beginning the denim rag quilt for Boo's Christmas gift.
Baking - Yesterday was a loaf of wheat bread and 3 loaves of pumpkin bread so I'm not baking today.
Working - Today's focus cleaning is the laundry room, porch, and patio, plus a couple loads of laundry, dishes and clearing the dining room table of homeschool stuff.
Waiting - Still waiting on painting the kitchen. We may try to paint this weekend since I've officially decided on a color and bought the paint. It's a really pretty shade of red, not too dark. I can't wait. It will definately be better than that Nacho Cheese orange I picked out before. What was I thinking???
Planning - Our trip to Georgia for the week of Thanksgiving. I'm really excited that we'll be going to check out the new aquarium in Atlanta...maybe we'll get to the zoo too while we're there. I'm also excited that we'll be going to see Third Day...hubby's favorite band...while we're there. Our friends children will be at school Monday and Tuesday so I'm not sure if I want to bring homeschooling with us or take the two days for field trips.
Going - Post office, bank, BMV and the bulk food store.
Dinner - Steaks with potatoes and veggies. Dessert is pumpkin bread.
Praying - Our trip to Georgia and for our friends there that we will be seeing soon, all the families in our local homeschool group that I am now heading up...that I may have the wisdom to provide the humble leadership needed, for hubby and his job...that he will have the strength to get through this challenging time, for me to be the wife and mother God created me to be, for our pastors at our church, our elected officials, our troups, and for Israel.
Praising - For the area that we live...we are truly blessed, for the internet and phone to keep in contact with family and close friends, for the church family that the Lord has lead us to, for solid Bible teaching, for my husband that I treasure, for my son that I adore...even when I'm frustrated with him, and praising God the Father for loving me even when I'm not loveable.
