Got a good squirrel recipe?

Boo and I went out with Hubby this weeked while he squirrel hunted.  I went to keep hubby company, to enjoy the hike, and as the official photographer.  Saturday we went after Boo's cub scout event and we didn't see or hear anything except a doe that ran right in front of us.  We went yesterday afternoon to a different area and Hubby was able to get three squirrels.  Boo noticed that one of them still had a nut in his mouth.  As we were leaving we saw three doe cross in front of us.  That was very exciting.  The squirrel are all cleaned and ready to cook...I've just never cooked squirrel before.  If you have a tried and true squirrel recipe, would you share it with me?  I'd especially like one that I can use my crock pot with if there are any.  I can't wait to try it!
