Someone Forgot to Read Them Their RightsPosted on Monday 21 August 2006 at 12:44 PM in Homeschooling - Post CommentThis is a great post from the SpunkyHomeSchool blog.http://spunkyhomeschool.blogspot.com/2006/08/someone-forgot-to-read-them-their.html I totally agree with her on this, especially the opinion about children being "salt and light". Our military doesn't send new recruits out until they are fully trained. I don't believe my six year old son is ready to be a missionary to his peers. He is still being trained. That doesn't mean he can't be used by the Lord in witnessing to his friends. But right now he would be more inclined to follow what the other kids are doing instead of leading them to the Lord.
