Well I have been sticking to my plan of action to get fit. Today makes my 5th day. I have had some positive results, like my hands are not falling asleep (Is it the better quality of the nutrients in the Cinch shake, the Alfalafa I take to reduce inflammation or the reduction of sugar? Hmmm?). But I also had a detox feeling yesterday; very foggy feeling, dull headache, achy. Not sure about all that but I refused to give in and turn to caffeine and sugar for comfort. I realize this is a downfall for me many times. Instead I took a little more B complex because I was also jumpy. A friend that I was meeting peeped her horn at me to let me know where she was waiting in her car, and I jumped to the moon almost. Today I pray my body will feel more normal again. Maybe even happier/healthier overall. I did weigh this morning and I have lost 3 lbs!!! Yeah! I want to concentrate more on inches though and not weight, but I have not taken the time to measure again …that is a little more time consuming than just hopping on the scale. I have been enjoying my green beans and a little brown rice for a way to get those veggies in. I found that the new frozen packs of “Steam Fresh” vegetables are very good. Seem to be more fresh than many frozen. I do think that fresh garden veggies re the most nutritious but when I am hungry and do not have the time/determination to chop and steam, then this is a better alternative than corn chips….or shall we say chocolate. I know I am probably the only female with that habit to break! Ha ha.
