Tomato Seedling Question

I'm having trouble with some of my tomatoes that I started from seeds and I was hoping someone would have some advice for me...

Some of mine are looking droopy - just the lower leaves though, not the stem.  The leaves are kinda curled too.  I'm trying to figure out if I have overwatered?  underwatered? or maybe the little bit of fertilizer that I mixed in the 3" pots when I transplanted them was too much and has burned them?  It has been 2 weeks now since I transplanted, the first week they were fine, this week they started drooping.  The leaves on some are a bit yellow which I've read is overwatering, but I guess it could have to do with the fertilizer too.  Not sure what to try at this point - should I try repotting again in new dirt without the fertilizer? 

How often and how much do you water your tomato starts?  Do you water from the tray underneath or from the top?

Any advice or opinion is much appreciated!  Thanks!!

Me again, Anne at Backyard Treasures posted a link that may help you. Your little plants don't seem to have the same problem as mine...I didn't see that photo before (how I missed it I'm not sure) !
