Pantry Challenge - Day 3
Tonight is "date night" and my birthday is next week, so we are going out to dinner and a movie to celebrate.
For breakfast we had:
Scrambled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, onion, green pepper (leftover baked potato from a few days ago), warmed up tortillas and salsa from last night
For snack I made some blueberry muffins with berries I picked last summer - they turned out great. My secret to great muffins is that while they are still hot, butter the tops and dip in sugar - yummy!
