This Weeks Dinners - Eat Right For Your Blood Type
I sat down and planned out our dinners for the next week following the Blood Type Diet (we are both type A, but we eat Moose which isn't on the plan). I try to keep things simple and only incorporate one new food per meal. I also plan meals to use what we have onhand.

#3: Hamburgers Sauteed Carrots & Celery Root Braised Kale
#4: Salmon Broccoli & Cauliflower Baked Rice Pilaf
#5: Salmon Patties Mashed Parsnips Green Salad
#6: Baja Black Beans, Corn & Rice
#7: Beef Barley Stew
