A Yummy!

A Farm Girl Favorite!

2 Large Pilsbury type Crescent Rolls

5 Large Eggs

1 cup parmessan cheese

2-3 cups Monterey Jack Cheese ( I use Cheddar Cheese)

3-4 cups chopped chicken ( 1 whole chicken cut up cooked) or turkey

spray a 9 x 11 pan, sprayed with pam. Preheat oven to 350.

Cut 1/2 of rolls.  Layer bottom of pan with rolled out rolls. Layer the cooked, chopped meat of choice.. then top with Jack cheese. Mix together eggs and parmessan cheese and cover  meat.  Then layer top with remaining rolls ..  you can braid them together like a basket. Cook for 35-40 minutes

Enjoy!
