Important prayer request please...

Posted in Good Health and SpiritI'm asking for a prayer request concerning my health and well-being. I'm not dying, I don't have anything sudden, but I am dealing with the effects of diabetes, hypothyroid, and several other chronic conditions. My dr. has said the only way to fix this is through bariatric surgery. Even if I lose weight outside of it, I'll end up gaining it back because of the conditions I have.
I have someone else telling me that I could lose the weight through a Liquid diet for the next 18 weeks. The more I'm thinking on it, the more dangerous and unhealthy this sounds.
Apparently I'm led to believe that there is no hope for me. Don't get me wrong, I am sick...I have quite a few serious issues that I'm dealing with and if I don't get this all under some sort of control through weightloss, I have no doubt that I'll die early. But I know God is so much bigger than the dr.'s.
Not to mention it's getting to that time of year and I must say I am so self conscious about my weight, how I look because of my hair falling out, and so much more....I often either get glares and comments from family, or I'm ignored altogether.
Please, if you could keep me in your prayers, I'd certainely appreciate it. I'm sad beyond words right now and not sure what to do. Only God can help me through this. He knows my heart, my spirit, and my body and I look to Him for help.

My heart goes out to you at this time....... when I read your post I could feel and sense your pain and lonliness...... I also thought of a passage from 1 Samuel that I wanted to share with you ~
" for the man looketh on the outward appearance , but the Lord looketh on the heart." 1 Sam. 16:7
The Lord truly does look at our hearts...
I will pray for you -- that the Lord may comfort you and be with you at this challenging time.

I just wanted you to know I feel your pain, I can relate to many of the things you are saying you sound tired of fighting this battle. I pray that you will stand strong in your faith and not loose hope! I am praying for you! Praying for Gods healing touch, body, mind and soul!!

Blessings Rebekah! I understand dear many have been given a report lately of similair health issues. I must say that God has the last word concerning you and His plan for you is written in Jeremiah 29:11.
Nothing is to big for Father. Father this precious one is in need of a miracle at this seaon of miracles. As you touch her body in all the areas in need I humbly speak your will into her life for all that is wrong to be made right. Giving her her hearts desires is your pleasure because it is written you put them there. In Jesus' Holy Name I decree and declare light, life and love rule and reigh into this dear one's life for eternal releasment.
