Gramma Betty's Salmon Loaf
Can of chopped RED SALMON (red salmon only)
1-2 eggs
Cracker Crumbs or bread crumbs
1/2 Fryed onion
tspn lemon juice
2-3tbspns milk
Salt & Pepper
Mix all the ingrediants together with your hands....making sure that everything sticks together nice....if you need another binder, go ahead and add the second egg, if everything binds together fine, don't add the 2nd egg.
form it into a loaf pan.
Cook at 350 until cooked fully
Add cream of mushroom soup to top this off.
This is another family recipe gram made. She tells us that during the depression if they could ever get their hands on the canned salmon, thats what they made and it fed their whole family.
