Abundant Blessings Farm

You know, I love Mondays due to the hope they have....that I can accomplish all that's on my to do list... :)

But, I also love Fridays! It's our pizza and movie night. We've been doing this for 14 years now...and wouldn't change it. I especially love Fridays when we are at home....I can get the dough and sauce started early. Both taste better when they've had time to rise and bubble away. (guess with the yeast in the pizza dough, it's bubbling away too, eh?!)

The new calf is a heifer...sorry I left that little bit of info out. She's doing quite well! I haven't taken photos yet...oops!

We are going to a birthday party tomorrow. Honey will stay home and work on setting up the pasture to begin our rotational grazing for this growing season. That pasture sure looks good out there!

I worked in our garden area yesterday. It will be wonderful to have it all planted after this weekend. I'm really looking forward to it producing bountifully.

The weather is absolutely gorgeous right now. If it could stay this way all the time, I'd be happy....course.....I also love fall...and winter. It's the summer stuff I can do without.

Continued prayers for my MIL would be appreciated...she's having a stent put in her leg next week. And losing some weight due to her lack of appetite and being able to keep it down. She's a fighter, though, and I have no doubt she'll come back stronger than ever when her body has had a chance to heal itself.

I'm off to pay bills....ick...but thankful my Honey has a job and we are able to pay them. God is so incredibly good to us.
