Update on Martha...continued prayers, please..

Martha was to be released today...she had been doing so well...did 4 laps on her hospital floor and had taken a shower alone. The discharge nurse was in going over paperwork and such with her when Martha started slurring her words and couldn't think of the correct words for things. The nurse called in others and they determined she had a TIA..basically a mini stroke. They are now treating her with aspirin and will continue to monitor her...

We are ever so thankful that she was still in the hospital when this happened, and also that the nurse was with her. God certainly had His hand on her today.

Toby's Grandmother, Munner, had these TIA's before she died...so we've had experience with them. It doesn't make it any easier, but it does help to know what is happening. (Munner was his Dad's Mom).

that she was still in the hopital so she could still be taken care of. Prayers are with her.

Father give Martha hope and peace so she knows you are near. Hold her close to your heart so she hears it beat. Breathe your breath into her so your will is done in and through her life. Stamp Jeremiah 29:11 in her mind so she knows with out doubt your plans you have for her. In Jesus' Holy name!! lovingly, rilda
