Snow?!

The forecast is for snow this afternoon!!!!

It's raining now...and supposed to turn to snow this afternoon. And snow all night long. The weather statement says a possible accumulation of 1-3 inches of snow here.

How cool is that?! We're hoping the weather man is correct this time!!!!

Today is our Keepers/Contenders meeting. The Contenders are making kites...sadly, they won't be able to fly them due to the weather. The Keepers are learning cake decorating. I have everything prepared for this class. Natalie is really looking forward to learning!! Rebecca has graduated to my helper a few months ago...she'll be a great help to me today.

Martha's bypass surgery is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Would appreciate prayers for her.

The new work schedule is throwing our world out of kilter. The only day Honey will have off is Sunday for this week. We're only planning to go to church, then home for a true day of rest. We've been battling colds here...and seem to be about over them. Next weekend will be great...a three day weekend awaits us!!

Once we get home from Keepers/Contenders, it will be time to grind wheat and make pizza dough. Since Honey works till 3, I'll have plenty of time for making dough and letting it rise a couple of times. I prefer to let it rise several times. It will also give the sauce time to really taste yummy, bubbling away there on the stove. We have a movie this week from Netflix..the last couple of weeks, they've sent movies way down in our list and they weren't really pizza night movies, so we've watched movies in our collection. Toby and I are not ones to re-watch movies...so that was not so cool.

I had planned to go grocery shopping tomorrow...but if the snow does indeed come, we'll be staying home and enjoying it. We can hold out till Monday to shop...may be out of a few things by then, but I could go first thing Monday morning before we start school work....

Guess I must close for now...will be time to leave before long...
