What wonderful sounds..

We have praise CD's...and at this moment, Natalie and Mary are sitting at the kitchen table coloring while singing their praises to God. Just love that sound!!

We are about to head to bed. Tomorrow, we'll go to early service at church. We like the early service as we are usually waiting for time to leave for the later service...and this gets us home an hour earlier than normal. I believe we are going to start going to Wednesday night services. We went this past week while Toby was on vacation....and all enjoyed it so much.

One more day remains on my beloved's vacation. We have soooooo loved having him home with us. When he's gone, a huge piece is missing until he returns home to us.  We all just feel complete when he's here.

The fall weather has finally arrived here in middle Tennessee. LOVE IT!! We are hopeful that the weather forecast that shows rain this week is true. It is still so very dry here. The drought has surely taken its toll. Many have been feeding hay to their cows all summer long. We have not...but there's not alot of grass out there for them. Trying to hold off as long as we can...that hay was so expensive this year!

One week from tonight, Rebecca and I will be in Huntsville!! It's Rebecca's first concert....we are going to see Casting Crowns!! I am looking forward to the concert, but maybe even more so, the time with my oldest. She's such a special girl. Growing up way too fast...but growing into such a fine young lady. I am so very blessed to call her my own. God blessed me so richly when He gave me my Rebecca.

Thomas is preparing for an Airsoft party with three of his friends next weekend. He's going to get the tent out so they can sleep outside. Today, he hauled wood and rocks for a fire. We'll cook over the fire and do s'mores and such. Looking forward to sitting by that fire with them!

Natalie is working on Daddy's birthday present. She is such a tender heart. Wants to give Daddy the most wonderfullest gift ever. Such a heart to please. She's our lovey girl!

Mary is also working on Daddy's gift. Wants to keep up with her older siblings. And does a fine job of it. She is far and away beyond most four year olds. Such a blessing to us!!!

That's my update for tonight. I'm about ready to call it a night. It's been too late to bed too many nights this week. But, we just wanted to soak up as much time as possible with Honey. If only...if only...if only he could work from home. What an incredible life that would be!!!

Sleep tight and sweet dreams! I always tell my Honey this before drifting off to sleep. When he tells me the same, I tell him my biggest dream has already come true...he's my husband!!
