Wednesday evening...

A mid week post! Can you believe it?!

I haven't been feeling the greatest. I believe it is allergies...there are pear trees blooming all over. They are beautiful...but sure have me stuffed up! The sore throat due to the dripping is about over. It's just my head and sinuses now. Sure will be thankful when this episode is over and I can just enjoy those pretty trees!

Rebecca has been fine tuning my blog. Some folks told me they couldn't see half of my entries. I do hope that issue is solved now! Today, she added a music playbox to my blog. The song Praise You In This Storm is one that sure helped us walk the path we've been on since February 13th...losing our babe was a most difficult time..but knowing that the Lord is still there..even in the midst of our storms...that is such a comfort to us!

We have been making bath things....bath bombs, sugar scrub, and bath salts today. We are doing all of these as well as melt and pour glycerin soap for our Keepers meeting this Friday. The boys are learning bread baking..from grinding the wheat to the final product. Should be a pretty day...so we are taking a picnic lunch with us to enjoy with the others at the park afterwards. Really looking forward to this meeting!!

I am planning our homeschool group's International Dinner. We've have great response so far! Should be such a fun evening! We are doing the country of France...and trying to decide on our foods. Rebecca wanted to make escargot...I told her I had no clue as to where we would buy snails. She said we have them in the creek out front! Ummm...I don't think so!  Such a funny gal!

Ernie..our pup...is making a pig of himself tonight. In addition to his daily rocks (what I call his food) and egg, he has had half of Rebecca's baked ziti (he got up on her chair just after I put it on the table!) and a bath bomb! Natalie was moving them off the table and dropped one...he gobbled it up! They are made out of citric acid, cornstarch, baking soda, food coloring, and coconut oil. Not sure how tasty it was!

I went to a friend's Pampered Chef party last night. It was alot of fun. Some folks complain about home parties like that...but I really enjoy them! I am having my own party...but need to schedule the day....I had given her a date last night, and realized it wouldn't work once I got home. Need to decide a good date and let her know..see if it fits her schedule too. Being a PC consultant would be such fun!! But, our life is just not conducive to my being out at night right now...

It is time for bed...and I need sleep! I didn't sleep well the last two nights....so I am praying for a good night's slumber tonight.

Please tell Rebecca I found my way to your blog, you must have given me her link, I thought well, you said Rebecca was doing it for you, but it did seem like her musings. Cute though, I hope you are having a great week, I am enjoying your blog......
