Soap!!!

Yesterday, Rebecca and I did something we have dreamt about for quite some time!!! We made soap!!!! YES!!

We found lye finally..that was our biggest hurdle....this past week. I bought the oils at Wal Mart during my shopping trip Saturday. Yesterday was the big day!!!

It is curing now...I can't wait to remove the towels and look at it...no, gaze at it in awe!  We will definitely be doing this again!!

I used my good friend Crystal's recipe....found here... I used the first one listed, the simple soap recipe...substituting milk for the water.
