Sunday evening

So...my folks have computer again...guess I should update my blog, eh?!

We had a yard cleanup day. It looks so nice out there. Picked up buckets, blown around trash, washed Honey's car, cleaned out wheat buckets, etc. I also watered my lilac bushes. They were a gift from my family last Mother's Day. They have buds on them!!! I am so looking forward to seeing those tall bushes blooming with all their sweet smelling scent!

For supper, we had a ham from our last pig we had processed. It was sure tasty!! The other two are due to go in to the butcher next month. That will mean a very full freezer!

It was a nice, quiet weekend...just the kind I love! It's been far too busy around here lately...fun activities, but running just the same. It will be nice to slow down in the next couple of weeks...and just stay home.

I am listening to Rebecca practice her piano songs. Sounds so lovely!!

Natalie and Mary are in the tub. They have a whole lot of ducks in there too! I'm surprised there is room enough for two girls with all those ducks!

Thomas is making me a milkshake. He's such a sweet boy!

Honey's outside putting the ducks to bed...and doing his final check on everything outside. It should be a normal bedtime tonight. Thankfully! We've had more than a few late nights lately.

I am feeling wonderful....babe is now 11 weeks old. Just read that the tooth buds are beginning to form. He/she is 1-1/2  inches long now...and growing fast these weeks. I just love reading what this new life growing inside of me is doing week to week! I had gained 1-1/2 pounds....but have lost that plus 2 more pounds. I don't usually gain much...from a low of 12 pounds with my 4th babe...to a high of 19 pounds with my first. This has been such an easy pregnancy so far. Only 29 weeks to go and we'll be meeting our new babe!!!  

Valentine's Day is coming soon. I have all the little gifts...though I am still looking for one remaining thing for Thomas. This week, we'll be making goodies. Last night, I finished up the truffles. They sure are yummy! Rebecca loves making things...so I'm sure she'll have some tasty additions soon!

Guess that's my update for tonight..I need to get the girls from the tub...and make tea for Toby and I. We'll be watching Extreme Makeover, Home Edition tonight. Looks like a sure tear jerker...I'm more teary than usual while pregnant...the last one we watched made me bawl through the whole show...a family of 6 had lost the Dad shortly after moving into their new to them home...it had toxic mold in it...it was just so sad...

Will try to update a bit more regularly....sorry for the delay between posts...between normal computer stuff and a message board I frequent, that uses up most of my online time....since I have been going back to bed in the mornings after my Honey leaves for work, my computer time is quite limited.... But we shall see about changing that this week...

Thanks for updating your blog. You know I love to read both yours and Rebecca's blogs so I can keep up on what is going on with all of you! I am so glad you are having an easy time and I sure wish I could be there to enjoy this special time with all of you. I love you and sure do miss you.
