Merry Christmas Eve Eve!!!

Soooo..are you all finished? Are the gifts all bought? Are they all wrapped? The goodies all finished?

I can happily say that we are done! This is the first year in several years that I have been done before Christmas Eve. I have spent many of those wrapping gifts.

Today, I baked sweet potato and apple pies. Tomorrow, I will make a cream cheese danish and also a raspberry one. Also, I plan to make some cinnamon buns...all the way to before the second rising. I'll put them in the frig...and get them out Christmas morn to finish and bake. Should make for a stress free day. Our big meal will be Christmas Eve...

Large Ham (from our pig, Bacon, earlier this year)

Cole Slaw

Potato Salad

Macaroni Salad

Baked Beans

Rolls

Maybe fruit salad?

And LOTS of goodies!!!

Sugar Cookies

Stained glass window cookies

Sweet Potato Pie

Apple Pie

Bon bons

Chocolate covered pretzels

Cashew chocolate clusters

Peanut chocolate clusters

We plan to have left overs on Christmas Day and just relax and enjoy each other's company. What a nice way to spend the day celebrating our Savior's birth.
