7 Things About Mary

Can it really be true? Is my baby really 7 today?? We keep telling her she can't grow up, but she continues to do so. Daddy even told her that she can only be 5...yet, here she is turning 7.

While I'd love to keep her in a little box, alas, God has plans for my baby and she is indeed growing up. I marvel at the young lady she is becoming, even while missing the little girl she was....

7 Things About Mary

1. Mary was my shortest labor, easiest birth and so many prayer requests answered!

2. She is the smartest 7 year old I know...she uses words that many adults cannot...and uses them correctly.

3. She brings joy and laughter to our world.

4. She loves to sing and dance. I pray that she always keeps that song in her heart and spring in her step.

5. She is named after my Gram...a wonderful reminder of a wonderful woman.

6. She wants to learn to shoot a gun when she's older, but also loves playing with her dolls.

7. She's not afraid to be just who she is.

Anyone who has met Mary has been blessed, just to know her. She is a light in our lives. We are so thankful that God chose to bless our family with her life. What a treasure she is!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MARUGY!!!! I love you!!!!
