Saturday's activities...

It's been a busy couple of days....

It began Friday evening....with a trip to a great friend's home to drop off our children for the night. Still can't say enough good things about my sweet Misty! We then headed to a wonderful Mexican restaurant in her town. Yummo!!!!
Afterwards, we wanted to go to Dairy Queen..but alas, the restaurant is closed. Bummer....so we headed to my Honey's least favorite fast food place, Sonic. He has a bad taste for that restaurant due to our first trip to TN. He would so much prefer being able to talk to a person directly...their speaker thingie wasn't working properly..and well, he was not a happy camper. But, this particular Sonic has a drive thru like other restaurants...so he ordered us up some treats....and off we went. Next stop was the movie store...to get a movie for the evening. The one we got was not worth watching, unfortunately. But, we enjoyed our time together nonetheless.

Saturday brought a return trip to Misty's to pick up my babes. The great "can we extend our sleepover" talk began. So, I left with all of my babes except for Natalie.....and also her Charles as well. What a nice boy!! We stopped for milk shake ingredients, then headed home. We hadn't been home more than 5 minutes when the phone rang...it was Misty...Natalie was homesick and she was bringing her home. How thoughtful was that? Bringing my Nan all the way home...

We enjoyed our milkshakes....while watching a silly movie. It was quite lame...but funny at the same time..in it's lameness....
