Today we moved the horse, ducks and chickens to the new house with the help of Mrs. Cara D. and her children. After many hours of chasing down animals all ten of us were sratched, bleeding and smelled quite bad. Even when we moved the Buck yesterday we did not have quite as bad of an odor. So after scrubbing from head to toe we smell much better. Soon we will have to build pens and fix our barn but for know we have temporary pens for the animals we just brought, for the goats have taken over our barn. I am not looking forward to tomarrow since we have to move all our hay, and I am allergic to grass. I will be covered in red bleeding sores tomarrow evening. Well I need to go wash dishes. In the words of Oliver Herford; "I heard a bird sing In the dark of December A magical thing And sweet to remember. "We are nearer to Spring Than we were in September," I heard the bird sing In the dark of December." Sincerely, ~Mary-Ann~ |
