Dear Reader

  Today I am going on a hike on Mt. Pisgah with my college class for river science. Though I love to hike, I hope it does not decide to rain today. The weather calls for cold, but dry, but the weather is rarely correct. Oregon never follows the rules.

  Mother is taking the G.E.D. class with me, so she will be coming along, and my Father and Sister are coming aswell, so Sarah can sign this off as her P.E. for the day. I will be sure to take pictures to share.

  I do not really feel like going on the trip today because I have a terrible ear infection and cannot hear from my left ear as a result. I just want to stay home and feel sick, but I have already missed the first two river science classes, so I really need to attend from now on if I ever plan to pass the science test.

  Right now I am ready to take the S'cl Studies and both english tests at the end of October. What I really need is to be prepared to take the Math and Science tests by December. If I do this I get 6 free college credits, which is about $465 waver.

  Well, I need to be off. In the words of Leonardo da Vinci, "Study without desire spoils the memory, and it retains nothing that it takes in."
