I am the second youngest of eight children and a homeschool graduate. I live on a seven acre farm with my parents and younger sister in Oregon. We spend our days gardening, caring for our dairy goats, rabbits and chickens. I like to paint and draw animals and people. I love to write children's stories and poems. I try to spend my days becoming a more Godly young lady in everything I do.
You surround yourself with art and music and are constantly driven to express yourself. You often daydream. You prefer honesty in your relationships and believe strongly in your personal morals.
I viewed this video in my college prep class on friday, It is very good and funny. It made a lot more sense to me than I think most people in the class, being home schooled and this being what my parents encouraged rather than sitting us down in front of school books all day. I hope you will take the time to view Sir Ken Robinson's 20 minute speech: "Do Schools Kill Creativity?"
Mary Ann~Thank YOU!!! So Much!! I enjoyed it tremdmendously!! It is so true.In my search for God truths I have discovered that we are not thinking we are allowing others to do our thinking for us. When I found Father God He opened my mind and I saw this intense truth for we are afraid we will be rejected or shunned if we think out of the box so to speak cause we are trained to do it a certain way, and to do it another with our thoughts being orginal [from God] we then become creative in many areas I have found. In the last few years I have shocked myself at the things I have discovered I CAN DO. Hallelujah!! It is freeing. In front of me on my desk I have written "You must do the things you think you cannot do. Eleanor Rossevelt.
