My favorite Whole Wheat Bread Recipe
This is the whole wheat bread recipe that I use every week. A good friend of mine gave it to me awhile back.

Gail Knickerbocker's  Bread
 
4 cups warm water
2 1/2 T instant yeast
1/4 tsp vitiman C powder
1 T lecithin
3 T Gluten Flour
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey, sugar, or sucanat
4 tsp salt
Whole wheat flour
 
let sponge 7 minutes using only 4 cups of flour
mix in rest of flour til it pulls away from the bowl
shape and put into pans
let rise for 30 minutes
 
bake 350* for 30 minutes
