Apricot or Peach sauce
I have had numerous people ask about apricot dipping sauce. A dear friend of the family shared it with me and I will share it with you!

Apricot/or Peach Sauce for Egg Rolls (or any stir fry)
2 Tbsp. corn startch
1 1/2 cup apricot or peach nectar
1/2 cup brown sugar   
2 dashes of lemon juice
sugar and salt to one's taste
Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce thickens and becomes clear.
