Thank you for all the welcomes! As you know we have had a homesteading blog and love it here. This is a fresh start for us and I hope we will gain more friends. Today is Sunday. We are getting ready for church this morning. The kids are almost ready. I am doing my last minute stuff. I am teaching the adult Sunday School Class (Gospel Doctrine class) at church today. Dear Hubby got home from work at 6am and will sleep until 10am and we will leave with him showered and shaved by 1030am. Thank heavens he is fast. We have a family picnic with many of his relatives later this afternoon. It should be lots of fun, we dont see many of these relatives very often. My sister is in from Montana. A friend of ours that grew up across the street from us is getting married. She had her shower yesterday. We went and had a "garden party"......Last night my sister went to her bacholerette party. Most of the gals chose to drink and my sister and another friend of ours dont so they left to go home and she tripped and twisted the heck out of her ankle. She is a bridesmaid and is all stressed out now. She went to the emergency room. Thank heavens it isnt broken. Just major damage to the ligiments and such. My cousins are coming to town and staying at our place on Monday. We are looking forward to their visit. We dont have much family come out here so it is great! |
