Crockpot debut
| This is the first time I'm usng the crockpot for dinner! I bought it online from amazon.com. It's 6 liters and should be enough for our family of four. DH is not known for eating leftovers for too long so I'll probably freeze some of it for a later date. I'm so excited!!! I lvoe the idea of preparing in the morning, not seeing it all day and then opening the lid to the fully cooked dinner awaiting you. It makes me giddy just thinking about it!!! I think it's the best thing to hit my kitchen (as far as cooking aids go) in a long while. |

One of our family's favorite, and so simple a sloth could prepare it is chicken breasts, and six ounces of Coca-Cola poured on top. THAT"S IT. Serve over rice with a steamed veggie.
