This is what I did after I said, "Go!"  I took out my machine, re-threaded it (which fixed it a bit) and sewed this. I was just working on hems. I didn't get my iron out so I think I should have done that first. I just took the picture becuase Kellyque777 said to. I'm going to rip this out and do it over so I'll really practice. I just wanted to do "something".

     This is a close-up of the mess-up. I sewed the rest of the fabric up into the hem. I hadn't folded the hem all the way down and when I got there I just sewed whatever was under the foot. DON'T DO THIS!  Again, I just wanted to, "do something". I'll do it over...I might make this into a tablecloth for my daughter's table. She's been wanting tea parties lately and I hear you have to make everything look nice (I'm a tom-boy so I have no clue about tea parties. I go to the library often ).
