Hello me again , 1:08 pm

This is for all you carrot cake lovers.
I have not tried this recipe, so If any of you make it could you please let me know how it turns out.

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
3/4 cup Cane juice crystals
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
2 large egg whites
1 large egg
1 tsp grated orange rind
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups grated carrot
1/3 cup raisins
Cream cheese frosting
1/2 cup(4 ounces) cream cheese
2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat bottom of a 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray
Combine flour and the other 4 ingrediants
Mix well
Combine pineapple and the other 6 ingrediants
mix well
Now add the other ingrediants that are left
Pour batter into prepared pan cook at 350 for 30 minutes
For cream cheese frosting let the cream cheese Soften .
Then mix the powdered sugar in .

Man, writing the ingrediants for that cake just makes my mouth water.
