April fools day pranks

I got to thinking about April fools day, and what some of the pranks I have done or seen, that tickled my funny bone...

Grandma Junes favorite was to cut circles of flannel out the night before and make pancake with them...of course you couldnt cut them.

when I worked for headstart I would put the  milk pitchers lid on with the pour spout going the wrong way.
