Meandering thoughts

It has been quite some time since I updated.. hopefully that will change a bit.  I finished the full time sub job I was doing friday, so now I am a free spirit, until they call again  lol.  Not alot going on here.. Today DH and I went into Medford to go to an antique show, but when we got to the door we were to cheap to pay 6 dollars a head to go in and look.  So we went to a few other shops and just messed around, It was the break we needed, he is out right now trying to fix the horn on his truck and I thought for a few minutes I would pop in and see what was up and say hi to everyone.....  I am getting about 6 eggs a day now, and  Im thinking we will probably be having babies goats in July as all the other "girls" have come in, and Pam still hasnt again....

I have received my catalogue from the seedsavers site and am working up my seed order,  I have been reading books I got from the library on gardening and just in general getting ready for the season. 

I think I will make another loaf of Jill's no knead bread, it was pretty good stuff... and I need to finish a strap that I have started on the inkle loom...

I do have one question for those of you that make bread,  I would love to make bread that we could use for sandwiches,  it seems that  the bread I have made always seems a bit dry,  Im not sure what Im doing wrong, any thoughts? 

I can't wait...

to start going to flea markets again! I certainly don't need any more junk or clutter around here, but I love it!

If you learn how to make a light and fluffy sandwich bread, please let me know how you did it. Mine is still too dense for my taste as far as eating it as a sandwich bread.
